REVIEW:

We've owned a Midland WR300 for about 2.5 years now and it's been a nice early warning tool that's functioned flawlessly since day one.
I really like the SAME technology that allows the user to pick which counties/zones that activate the radio alarm instead of it going off on every signal that it picks up (I don't need to immediately know about a tornado that's 100 miles past my weather pattern)

It's also very easy to just walk up and push the big button to find what the current weather and forecast is expected.

One of the many small features that I really like about it is the back up battery that keeps it running when the power goes out as it often does just when you really need a weather radio

Street price is $40-50, but it can be found for less if you shop around the internet a little, and it's well worth the $ IMHO.

I give it 10/10 stars, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone concerned with early warning of bad weather conditions.
